# Aliases to API surface stubs

This directory contains aliases to stub libraries (c,java,...). This directory
will be used as an external repository in single-tree platform builds.

## Warning
1. build/bazel/api_surfaces is a temporary placeholder for these aliases. This
   directory will be reorged into a separate git project eventually.
2. The internal source code layout of this directory is under development and
   will likely change in the final design.
