The following commands will rebuild the Android.mk files:

    ./bootstrap
    AUTOANDR_MODULE_TAGS=optional ../wpantund/etc/autoandr/autoandr start \
        --enable-shared \
        --with-examples=posix \
        --enable-ncp=uart \
